📦 Delivery Policy

• We deliver daigs to your provided address on the selected date and time.

• Please make sure your contact number and location are correct when placing the order.

• We deliver within Lahore and nearby areas. If your location is far or hard to reach, we’ll inform you in advance.

• Delivery charges may apply depending on distance.

🔁 Order Changes

• You can change the delivery time or date at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• After that, changes may not be possible, especially if preparation has started.

🍲 Food Return & Refund Policy

• Due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, all freshly prepared daigs and catering items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or once preparation has started.

• Because items are freshly cooked to order, we do not accept returns or buyer-remorse refunds after the food has been prepared.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order before we start preparing the daig.

• Once we begin cooking, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

• If you cancel in time, we will refund the full amount or reschedule your order (your choice).

⚠️ Order Issues & Quality Claims

• Please inspect your daig/order immediately upon delivery in the presence of our rider or representative.

• If there is an issue with your order (such as a missing item, incorrect quantity, or quality issue), please inform us immediately at 0302-4200555 or via WhatsApp at delivery time so our team can resolve it on the spot.

• Claims made after delivery acceptance without prior notice cannot be refunded or replaced due to the perishable nature of cooked food.

💰 Advance Payment Policy

• All orders must be paid in advance. This helps us avoid fake or fraud orders.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

• Your order will only be confirmed after payment is received.

• We’ll send you a confirmation message once your payment is verified.
