By placing an order with Pakwan Center, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed with full advance payment.

• We will send confirmation after we receive your payment.

2. Delivery

• We deliver on the date and time selected by the customer.

• Please make sure your address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays due to wrong information.

• Delivery is available within Lahore and nearby areas. Extra charges may apply based on location.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled only before we start preparing the daig.

• Once cooking has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

• If cancelled in time, the full amount will be refunded or the order can be rescheduled.

4. Food Quality

• We use fresh ingredients and maintain hygiene in all preparations.

• Please consume the food within a few hours of delivery for best taste and safety.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Customer must be available at the delivery location at the agreed time.

• If no one is available to receive the order, we will wait for 15 minutes. After that, extra charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Pricing

• Prices may vary based on market rates of ingredients.

• Final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Changes to Terms

• Pakwan Center has the right to update or change these terms without prior notice.
