When you place an order or make an inquiry via our website, phone, or WhatsApp, we collect only necessary operational details: your full name, mobile/WhatsApp number, delivery address in Lahore, requested dum time slot, and special dietary/spice preferences.

Your contact information is strictly utilized to coordinate cooking schedules, provide live WhatsApp order tracking, route our heated delivery vans to your gate or marquee, and dispatch order receipts. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer contact details with any third parties or marketing brokers.
3. Overseas Donor & Langar Confidentiality

For overseas families donating Sadqa and Niaz Daigs to Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh Darbar or orphanages, your Niyyat/Dua names and WhatsApp contact information are treated with sacred trust. Video proofs are dispatched strictly to your designated WhatsApp number and never shared publicly without your explicit written consent.
4. Bank & Payment Security

Pakwan Center does not store or process debit/credit card numbers on our servers. All direct bank transfers occur directly through your official banking portal (Bank Alfalah) to our verified business corporate account. Transaction screenshots sent via WhatsApp are archived solely for accounting reconciliation.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your saved delivery addresses or contact details from our CRM database at any time. Simply contact our privacy coordinator via WhatsApp or email (orders@pakwancenter.com), and your customer profile will be permanently scrubbed within 48 hours.
