To secure charcoal cauldron capacity and early morning raw meat procurement, we require 100% advance payment via Direct Bank Transfer (Bank Alfalah) or authorized cash deposit. For corporate clients with pre-approved billing agreements, official GST invoices are issued with Net-15 terms.

Authentic tinned copper cauldrons (Qila’i deghs) are property of Pakwan Center. A standard returnable security deposit of Rs. 3,000 per degh applies if the host retains the vessel at the venue. Our recovery driver collects the empty degh within 24 to 36 hours, and the deposit is refunded via bank transfer or cash upon return. Alternatively, hosts may request free immediate transfer into their own venue chafing trays upon arrival.

We enforce a 45-minute delivery buffer for all major banquets. Our heated delivery vans deliver directly to marriage marquees, homes, or community halls across Lahore. While we navigate Lahore traffic via optimized routes, hosts are requested to provide clear pinpoint Google Maps locations and active standby phone numbers.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled dum time are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund (covering already procured spices and prep labor). Cancellations made under 24 hours are non-refundable as fresh morning meat has already been slaughtered and allocated.

For Langar orders distributed at Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh Darbar, local orphanages, or hospital perimeters, Pakwan Center provides high-definition WhatsApp video proof showing: 1) digital meat weighing, 2) cauldron cooking and sealed dum, and 3) ground distribution to deserving recipients within 2 to 3 hours of meal completion.

Pakwan Center strictly operates under certified commercial hygiene and food safety standards. We maintain clean food-grade preparation areas, medical fitness certifications for all cooking staff, and continuous RO water purification.
